Step 1 - Inspection
Our licensed inspector will conduct a thorough inspection of your home. The inspector will examine your home inside and out, anywhere pest may be establishing around your home. This will allow us to:
1) Correctly identify the pest
2) Assess the extent of the pest infestation
3) Evaluate the structural and/or environmental conditions encouraging pest problem
Step 2 - Inspection
It is important to know what pest you are attempting to control because control options vary depending on pests. Signs of infestation such as droppings, live pests, damaged done to the property and etc can help to identify the pest that is invading your property. Rather than looking for just one pest that you may have noticed, our inspectors make sure a problem that could occur tomorrow is identified and prepared for today
Step 3 – Recommendation
Once the problem has been identified, we will tailor-made an effective pest control solution that fit for your premises.
Step 4 - Treatment
During the scheduled treatment, we will treat both the interior and exterior of your premise with the goal of controlling the nuisance pests in your home and giving you a peace of mind all year-long. Treatment will focus on areas where pests may find safety from treatments and are to be performed at monthly or bi-monthly visits throughout the year. If pests return between visits, we will come out at no charge to you to treat typical household pests.
Step 5 - Follow-up
Some pest management programs do not include more than the minimum follow-up. However, at Terminex, we make all the difference by follow-up practices such as detailed written service report and supervisor oversight.
At each service, Terminex technicians will make sure that:
1) previous pest problems are under control
2) common problem areas are checked to prevent new infestations from occurring before they get started
